Retirement Village
Doringbome Retirement Resort is owned by the PMA Group, the property is located on 15th Avenue, Rietfontein, Pretoria with 105 self-catering units. The Doringbome Retirement Resort concept was born and was subsequently transformed into a complete retirement resort facility with the dream of further developing and expanding.
A partial conversion of one of the buildings has taken place to a fully operational 24-hour Frail Care Unit with twenty beds. A second phase was transformed into Assisted Care Units offering eleven units. The remaining apartments consist of different self-catering units such as single apartments, one-bedrooms and eight two-bedrooms.

Doringbome Frail Care & Retirement Village Care Unit is located at 15th Avenue Rietfontein Pretoria. We proudly present a CARE UNIT that strives for excellence, from the design of the building to individual care.
Our unit is fully operational and we would like to invite you to visit us. All units are for rental only.
Living with us means experiencing total peace and care 24 hours a day.
Frail Care
Doringbome Care Unit provides excellent care to residents who need private help. Doringbome consists of well-trained staff who have a passion for care. We aim to offer specialised individual care and support to each resident as well as their families.
Assisted Living
Doringbome Assisted Living consists of eleven single units, each furnished with a kitchen and a bathroom. Partial care is given to residents who need help with their daily activities. Each resident’s needs will differ, accordingly standard packages are made available with the option to obtain additional services.
Self Catering Units
Doringbome Frail Care
Doringbome’s High Care Unit is located on the same premises as our retirement resort. With A-grade facilities, the 20 bed unit is equipped with your care and needs as the main purpose.
With full-time care by qualified nurses, you are assured of the best care. We provide meals with weekly menus and provide transportation for shopping and doctor appointments.
Doringbome has 24 hour security and full care facilities with general medical care through qualified nursing.
Retirement Village
The modern centre with its household for the frail is elegantly designed to meet the specialised needs of frail care services.
The care centre offers twenty units. Limited space available!
